Izgubila 57 kilogramov, tudi s tem preprostim trikom s telefonom

Le pred enim letom je Franny tehtala še 150 kilogramov, a uspelo ji je izgubiti kar 50 kilogramov in danes se v svojem telesu počuti veliko bolje. Kot pravi, nima nikakršnega čudežnega recepta za hujšanje ali eno specifično stvar, ki bi delovala. A ko ji zmanjka motivacije, ji manjši trik s telefonom kljub vsemu pomaga.

Američanka Franny je prepričana, da lahko odvečne kilograme izgubiš le, če sebe, svoje življenje in svoje zdravje postaviš na prvo mesto. Za popsugar.com je povedala: ''Nihče te ne bo držal za roko, ko greš skozi to, nihče te zjutraj ne bo silil, da greš v telovadnico in da imaš zdrave obroke ... To je 100-odstotno tvoja odgovornost.''

Franny priznava; da proces ni bil lahek in da so bili dnevi, ko ji je bilo res težko in je že želela obupati: ''Preprosto le nadaljujem, korak za korakom. To je edina smer, v katero si dovolim iti.''

Ima pa manjši trik, ki ji pomaga vstati iz postelje, ko nima volje za to. ''So dnevi, ko se mi zjutraj ne da vstati, da bi šla na telovadbo, a na svojem telefonu imam res staro fotografijo, ki se mi prikaže vsako jutro, ko vstanem. Ko nimam volje, jo pogledam in se spomnim, da nikoli, nikoli ne želim več biti taka. Uganite, kako hitro takrat vstanem iz postelje in grem na telovadbo? To je čista motivacija, ki mi onemogoči, da bi izklopila budilko in zaspala.''

I remember before I began my own SUCCESSFUL weightloss journey I would scroll through IG and say to myself I wish that was me, I wish I could do what she's doing.. I had tried so many times before and even as bad as I wanted it I always failed.. Sadly, as we all know this is an extremely common outcome for a lot of us. You'll start to do everything right for a week, maybe even a month or 2 then as time goes on you lose your motivation. Maybe you ate a cheat meal and then couldn't get back on track with your food or you stepped on the scale and didn't like what you saw after the last 2 weeks of hard work.. Well let me just say I have experienced both of those things through my journey countless times but, thankfully for some reason this time I am stronger than my failures. I am stronger than a number on the scale or the opinions of others. I am not saying those things do not bother me but now I am able to mentally overcome the feelings that are created by them. So while I myself am sometimes (not all the times lol) astonished by the physical changes in my body I am more impressed with my will power to continue this new lifestyle. I hope that if you are in a rut or had a bad day or week even please brush it off and dont let it set you back again at square one.
